Turn on ChatCommerce
Enable ChatCommerce in your plan. Once active, customers can search your products and create orders directly on WhatsApp. Pricing is per order.
Upload your pricelist
Add your store name and logo under Organisation settings and upload your pricelist in an excel format.
Invite your customers
Send an invitation by phone number. Choose the customer type/group and link the relevant accounts. Your customers receive a clear entry point into the ordering conversation.

A customer messages you
For example: "Do you have any spark plugs under R500?"
The system replies with matching products
Prices, stock levels, and product details are displayed instantly.
They select quantities and review
The order summary shows customer, account, date, total, and line items. They can confirm, modify, or cancel — all in the chat.
You review and adjust
The order appears in your dashboard. You can update quantities, change prices, or correct any line items before final confirmation. Ordered vs confirmed values are shown clearly side by side.
Customer approves the changes
If you make any adjustments, the customer receives a WhatsApp message with a link to review the updated order. They can Accept, Comment, or Reject. Once accepted, the order is finalised and ready for processing.
